Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management: Professionalise in operations and production management in one year

The Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management teaches students to develop strong organisational skills and advance their appreciation of the procedures involved in ensuring that production functions at optimum levels.

Students will learn the best methods of optimising supply chain relationships and the logistics of production, including considerations from an engineering perspective. They will learn the core essentials of project management such as product development, operations management and resource integration management, in addition to this they are introduced to other relevant topics such as industrial relations, human resources and finance and management accounting.

This course is offered to students at the Christchurch-Madras Street campus of the Ara Institute of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Entry Requirements: IELTS 6.0 (academic) or equivalent across all bands and a recognised bachelor’s degree in any field excluding operations and production management.
