The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management teaches students, the fundamentals of industrial relations, the theory and practice of human resources and employment law. Students will also be trained in conflict resolution, staff management and organisational behaviour.
Additionally, students will graduate having worked on a real world human resources project for a local business, ensuring they possess both the skills and the hands-on experience required for them to enter the job market.
This course is offered to students at the MIT Manukau campus of the Manukau Institute of Technology in New Zealand.
Entry Requirements: IELTS 6.0 (academic) across all bands and a recognised bachelor’s degree in any field excluding human resource management.
